Refund policy

Every Maison Logos piece is made to order — printed for you the moment you commit. Because nothing is mass-stocked, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or colour preference. Please review the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering.

 

Damaged, misprinted or defective items

If your piece arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at kruger.rualdo@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

 

Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. We can only cancel within 12 hours of purchase, before the item is sent to print. After that, production has begun and the order cannot be cancelled.

 

Pricing

Maison Logos does not discount. Our prices reflect the quality, intention, and integrity of the work. There are no sales, codes, or seasonal markdowns — what you pay is what the work is worth.
